I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by one of my heroes, Kathryn Hansen, the author of Brain Over Binge and host of the same podcast. We talked about improving eating and lifestyle habits, WITHOUT dieting. Here’s the thing: eating healthier is a lifelong process and a skill that you can practice and develop so that it’s sustainable.  This episode primarily applies to individuals who have stopped or reduced binge eating, or who have never suffered from binge eating but struggle with infrequent binges, overeating, or yo-yo dieting.
